How a bookingis made
The form sends a request, not a booking. Nothing is paid on this site and no card is ever asked for. Below, one at a time, everything that follows from that.
Who runs the guesthouse
Pensiunea Iohana is the name under which Pensiunea Sasca SRL, CUI 54562199 trades. The name in the company records is not the same as the name of the guesthouse.

The form is a request, not a booking
Sending the form reserves nothing and commits you to nothing. It puts your dates in front of us.
The email you receive immediately afterwards is proof that the request arrived, not a booking confirmation. It says so itself.
Your room exists from the moment we confirm it to you, by phone or in writing. We may also decline a request.
Prices
Per unit, per night: 250 RON for a double room, 320 RON for an apartment.
Breakfast 25 RON per person, dinner 35 RON. Neither is included in the room price.
Paying
Nothing is paid on this website. There is no payment form, no card is asked for, and no card details are stored anywhere in our system.
How you pay on the spot is agreed when the booking is confirmed.
Changing or cancelling
Nothing is held in advance through this site, so withdrawing a request costs you nothing.
Anything else — a deposit, if there is one, and the cancellation terms — is agreed with you when the booking is confirmed.
The 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to accommodation booked for a specific date — Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and Article 16(l) of OUG 34/2014 in Romania.
On arrival
Arrival and departure times are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
Romanian law requires us to see an identity document on arrival and to enter you in the guest register kept at the guesthouse. Nothing from that document goes into this website or into our booking panel.

If we cannot agree, you can go to the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) through its alternative dispute resolution scheme. The badge and the link are at the foot of every page.
